Rick Fenlaw

Attended The University of Texas; graduated Spring '77, Bachelor of Journalism;
Member of the Longhorn Football Team (1972-1976), Team Captain 1976;
Member of The Texas Cowboys, a UT Service Organization.

A career-ending knee injury put a quick stop to my time with the St. Louis Cardinals (now the Arizona Cardinals) in the fall of 1978; went back to UT, took additional classes and received my real estate license; was an Independent Petroleum Landman (Fenlaw Land Services) from 1979 thru 2019.

Married Robin in 1986 & we've lived in Dallas, Amarillo & finally Wichita Falls, TX

I loved my time at AHS -- such a wonderful group of friends, teachers, coaches, office staff, cafeteria workers, janitors, etc. -- it would have been more rewarding if I had taken my studies a bit more seriously, but that was the last thing on my mind back in '69 thru '72 -- Thank You, Thank You, Thank You to all of the AHS friends and staff for helping us navigate thru those amazing 3 years..!
